Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at this hotel. The rooms are very nice, though slightly compact given the hotel's rating, and being above the bar meant some nighttime noise. The service was exceptional, with staff going above and beyond to ensure my satisfaction. The location was superb, right in the heart of Madrid with easy access to all attractions. Dining had its ups and downs, with some dishes being wonderful while others were lacking. Overall, a stay with highs and lows.
The hotel is perfectly situated just meters from Puerta del Sol, the true center of the city, making it a convenient spot to explore Madrid. The rooms, although reasonably sized, may feel a bit cramped in the standard room for a 5-star hotel. The service was generally friendly, although some noise disturbances were a downside. The dining options were on the pricier side, and the facilities were decent overall.
The service is exceptional, especially during rush hour, with staff being attentive and helpful. The location is convenient for exploring Madrid, although it can get touristy at times. The dining experience is excellent overall, despite minor issues like coffee availability. The facilities are satisfactory, offering a pleasant stay overall.
The hotel is perfectly located, putting me in the center of everything with a variety of great restaurants nearby. The rooms were comfortable and well-appointed, although showing some signs of wear and tear. The service was fantastic and the dining experience was wonderful, offering a great variety and attentive service. The location is conveniently close to many tourist spots, making it easy to explore Madrid.
My stay at the hotel was fantastic! The rooms were beautiful, well-designed, spacious, and extremely clean, but unfortunately, the soundproofing below the terrace bar needs improvement as it affected my sleep. The location was excellent, close to central bars and restaurants in Madrid, and within walking distance to major attractions. The dining experience was wonderful with fresh, quality, and varied food every day.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms, while clean and modern, were quite small with a tiny bathroom next to the internal courtyard. The service, on the other hand, was top-notch, with fantastic staff throughout, especially at the Glass Bar and Restaurant. However, the loud music from the nearby noisy square affected the location, making it hard to relax at the small pool. The dining experience was lovely, with kind and hard-working staff, but it was overrated for the price.
I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The rooms were modern and comfortable, perfect for a few days' stay, and offered decent facilities. The service was exceptional, with the staff being extremely service-oriented and quick to accommodate our needs. The location was fantastic, being centrally located near major attractions and great restaurants. The dining experience was wonderful with a variety of food options, but a bit on the expensive side. Overall, a great value for money.
