noisy street undersupplied minibar

The location was great. the staff were friendly. but the room felt smaller than expected. the minibar wasn't properly stocked. I had to call twice to get water refilled. the noise from the street at night was quite noticeable. Sleep was disrupted.

Excellent Hotel with Minor Issue

The location is very central. Most major sites, such as Museo de Raina Sophia, are within a short walk. The hotel staff was helpful. I also enjoyed the freshly prepared eggs at breakfast each morning. The coffee was delicious. The room had ample space, and the bathroom had excellent water pressure.

The lighting in the room was poor, especially the bedside light! it was useless for reading.
